About The Clearout Detail
A local junk removal service for the Piedmont Triad — built for the jobs that are too big for a trash can and too heavy for a Saturday on your own.
The Clearout Detail handles the full job: the lifting, the loading, the hauling, and the tear-out work in between. From a single couch to a full estate cleanout, from a worn-out deck to a kitchen demo, one call covers it — and every job starts with a custom quote, so you only pay for the work you actually need.
We're open seven days a week, 8 AM to 5 PM, across Lexington, Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Thomasville, and Kernersville — and the surrounding Piedmont Triad.
Meet the Owner
David Sharp
Owner, The Clearout Detail
Before starting The Clearout Detail, owner David Sharp spent more than 20 years in the hotel business — in maintenance, operations, and housekeeping. That's two decades of being trusted inside other people's rooms and properties: fixing what was broken, turning spaces over on a schedule, and leaving every one of them clean, orderly, and ready for the next guest.
That background is exactly why customers can trust The Clearout Detail inside their homes and properties. Hotel work runs on checklists, standards, and respect for the space you're in — and David brings all of it to every property cleanout and deep cleaning: careful with your belongings, thorough down to the details, and professional from the first call to the final walkthrough.
